Please read these terms carefully before using the 8l9 platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and 8l9.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Members" or "you") of the 8l9 platform and its services. By browsing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 8l9 platform.

1General Provisions

8l9 is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for members in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.

8l9's services include: sports betting (cricket, football, rugby, and other sports), online slots, live casino, bingo, and other gaming products. These general Terms apply to each of these services. Separate specific terms may be published for individual services where necessary, and must be read together with these general Terms.

8l9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updated Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the 8l9 platform:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only.
  • You must operate a valid account in your own name.
  • Online gaming must be legally permitted in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Important: Opening an account or using the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If an account belonging to a person under 21 is identified, it will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3Account Registration

When registering as a member on 8l9, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 8l9 reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person (using the same name, address, bank account, or device) is strictly prohibited. If such accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. If someone gains unauthorised access to your account, notify the 8l9 support team immediately. Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification

8l9 may request verification of your identity, age, or payment method at any time. Some account activities may be restricted until the verification process is complete. Failure to submit the required documents in time may result in delayed withdrawals.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

8l9 supports transactions through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Supported methods for safe and fast transactions: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Typical withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawal requests may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
8l9 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges, which are entirely your responsibility.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8l9 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply when accepting these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A relevant promo code may need to be entered at the time of the first deposit to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus. The time limit for fulfilling the wagering requirement is 30 (thirty) days from the date the bonus is awarded.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each member may use each bonus offer only once.
  • Bonus balances cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
  • 8l9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Breaching bonus rules may result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.
  • Separate benefits and cashback offers may apply for VIP members.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the 8l9 platform:

  • Bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • 8l9 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • 8l9 may suspend or cancel bets on events suspected of match fixing or manipulation.
  • In the event of a disconnection during live betting, 8l9's server record will be considered final.
  • Each game's own rules apply and are detailed on the relevant game page.

8l9 is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency across all games and betting activities. Regular audits are conducted to ensure fair play.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8l9 platform:

  • Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
  • Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of promotional offers.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to hack it.
  • Threatening, harassing, or engaging in offensive behaviour toward other members.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8l9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
  • Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
  • Evidence of being underage is found.
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting 8l9 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned subject to wagering requirements being met.

9Responsible Gaming

8l9 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is entertainment, not addiction. We provide various tools to protect our members:
